A customer shouldn't have to be concerned with the authenticity of information that they receive from a contractor, nor should the rates they pay be set above the always climbing median governed by the major companies providing these services on a larger scale. A lot of business I've seen, especially when controlled by third parties in the United States, have outrageous markups on all of their services & products.

A lot of service contractors will hand you a bill and won't really explain why the cost that's been given is there. With Rusty Pipes Plumbing, a fair rate with a reason as to why it's given, will always be provided with every job. I believe that a profitable business can be built without giving such high mark-ups that other companies are often imposing on their clients. In my experience, it is hard work and honesty that produces the results everyone is looking for.
